In order to progress your matter as quickly as possible, we have provided below forms to be completed in sale or remortgage matters. We have also provided information on costs together with a full list of the likely disbursements to enable you to be prepared for these as and when they arise.
If you are selling
In order to speed up your sale:
- You need to complete the Seller's Property Information Form and Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Form.
- If you are selling a leasehold property, you also need to complete the Seller's Leasehold Information Form.
These forms can be accessed by clicking on the highlighted items above. These forms are fillable - you can download them, complete them on screen and e-mail them or print them.
If you are buying

If you are re-mortgaging
In order to speed up your refinancing, you need to complete and return the Re-mortgage Questionnaire.
