Andinee Perry

Associate Solicitor

Tel:+44 (0) 20 3794 5971

Andinee graduated from University of Surrey in 2006 with an LLB in Law and French. As part of her degree she also studied and worked in Paris for a year. She is fluent in French. Andinee completed her training contract with Sykes Anderson Perry and qualified as a solicitor in August 2012.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, travelling to new destinations and Bollywood movies.

Andinee carries out a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment work and has acted for both employers and employees in relation to a wide variety of disputes, including unfair dismissal and numerous types of discrimination claims.

As an experienced employment solicitor, Andinee recognises that bringing a claim at an employment tribunal is not always the most practical solution. Her main objective is to work closely with her clients to establish their end goals and to help them achieve this in a cost effective way. This can involve raising grievances and/or negotiating a settlement agreements.

She has also worked on large scale of equal pay claims, and was successful in reducing the employer’s liability significantly on numerous occasions.

Andinee assists the Corporate & Commercial Department, on commercial transactions. She has experience in drafting commercial agreements, including asset purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements. She also deals with the application of TUPE from an employer’s perspective.

Andinee has recently worked on a joint venture transaction involving the development of a residential property in excess of £25M.

Andinee also assists David Anderson and Graeme Perry advising individuals on UK and Swiss tax, including relocation to and from Switzerland. She has recently advised on the flexible pension regime and the cross border tax consequences which has resulted in significant tax savings.

See what our clients say about us

"Andinee and Kevin were extremely helpful, forward thinking and efficient. They did what they said they were going to do and delivered a fantastic result at tribunal. They are a fun team who are a pleasure to do business with."

“We have been working with Sykes Anderson Perry for many years now. During this time they have acted for us in key areas such as negotiating and detailing Commercial Contracts and Employment Law. They have always been entirely professional, thorough and helpful with all our needs. We have received a constantly high level of service at a cost effective rate and therefore would have no hesitation in recommending their services to businesses and/or individuals alike.”

“Sykes Anderson Perry's knowledge and professionalism are, in my opinion, unrivalled.

Sykes Anderson Perry have helped FMG grow as business through a very tough transitional period. As with many businesses in the current climate FMG have experienced differing pressures, invariably leading to tough decisions needing to be made, some of which come with potential legal ramifications.

However, with the guidance of Sykes Anderson Perry all legal obligations were met fully, thus ensuring the good name of FMG, something that should never be understated and certainly something that we here at FMG value enormously.

Also to ensure FMG always receive a 'blue chip' service the team at Sykes Anderson always make themselves available for 'one to one' meetings in a location of your choice should either they or I feel it necessary.

Finally, I would like to add that I, along with some of my colleagues, have a better understanding of certain legal matters due to Sykes Anderson's proactive nature, invariably meaning we are able to use this knowledge to enhance the internal portfolio of FMG, again something that one can't put a value on.

If you are seeking a comprehensive legal solution with a personal touch I would suggest you need look no further than Sykes Anderson Perry.”
