About Sykes Anderson

Sykes Anderson Perry Ltd is an entrepreneurial small niche City practice and has a strong base in property work and the department is led by Christopher Sykes, the author of the Law Society’s text book Leasehold Enfranchisement and the Right to Manage. The firm also specialises in international tax and property, in particular relating to France, Monaco and Switzerland. David Anderson is head of our international department.

Sykes Anderson operates from modern offices in a friendly environment and is conveniently situated between Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.

Training Contract - Something Different

Sykes Anderson Perry solicitors are recruiting a trainee to start in September 2017. We are a small City of London practice dealing with property, tax, litigation and company commercial. We are looking for people who want client contact from the outset and stimulating work in a small friendly environment with plenty of support. An analytical and commercial approach is essential.

You will be involved in high value property matters including our specialist leasehold enfranchisement work. We have a French tax and property department and there is an opportunity to use language skills. You will be working with people who are recognised experts in their fields. We will support trainees who wish to obtain higher rights of advocacy, complete the STEP course or obtain other relevant qualifications with costs and study time.

Civil litigator 4 years + PQE

Sykes Anderson Perry are recruiting a civil litigator with 4 years + PQE and broad experience in property and commercial litigation to build upon an existing case load. You need to be technically strong, with an ability to meet targets and deadlines, able to manage a varied caseload whilst delivering a quality-driven service You will have a following, or the ability to develop one, and aspire to an equity stake in our business. We are a small, supportive practice, delivering high quality services. This role will give you the opportunity to expand on your existing skills and knowledge. An excellent salary with good prospects.
