Total Costs
 
The total amount of legal costs and disbursements you will have to pay for the property subject to the important note below and comments on individual items.
  • This does not include non-legal costs such as Surveyor's fees.
  • You are required to provide an Energy Performance Certificate to the Buyer. We can obtain one on your behalf or your estate agent can arrange it. The cost is about £70.
